Whistleblower Protection - Internal Channel
Reports of violations through the internal channel may be submitted by current and former employees of the Šiauliai District Municipality Ethnic Culture and Traditional Crafts Centre or persons with whom they are connected by employment or contractual relations. Reports are submitted in order to protect the public interest. Information submitted in order to protect exclusively personal interests will not be considered a report. Persons who have submitted reports may be subject to protection, encouragement and assistance measures in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
You can report about the Šiauliai District Municipality Ethnic Culture and Traditional Crafts Center:
- Perhaps a criminal act being prepared, committed or committed;
- Illegal or non-transparent use of public funds or assets;
- Misconduct or breach of work duties;
- Gross violation of mandatory professional ethics;
