Symposium – 11th Lithuanian Potter King Election.

There are traditions that are not only preserved - they are created anew. This Žolinė, Kuršėnai will once again become the Cradle of Lithuanian Potters, where history, living tradition, art and community will meet.

ceremonial presentation of the large-format chamotte sculpture "The Great Potters of the Kuršėnai Region" created by artists Irena and Vilius Šliuželiai, accompanied by an impressive live fire spectacle.
On stage and in the event spaces, the great artists Irena and Vilius Šliuželiai, the Ukrainian folklore ensemble "Lastivočki", the folklore ensembles "Spigėns", the folklore ensemble "Nesenstantys širdimi" of the Šiauliai District Municipality Cultural Center, the folklore ensemble "Volungklių ansambilis" of the children and youth branch of the Kvėdarna Cultural House of the Šilalė District Municipality Cultural Center, and the traditional kite ensemble Kerbedis.
