An exhibition of original works by folk artist and woodcarver Raimondas Baškis "Medinukai" will be exhibited at the Kuršėnai Manor Palace from August 26 to October 1, 2025.
Raimondas Baškys is a talented folk artist whose work is characterized by meticulous craftsmanship, deep symbols, and respect for Lithuanian traditions.
According to the author, "The goal of every carver is to carve something beautiful and meaningful. From a log, stump, or stump, you throw away what is unnecessary - the chips, because it is in them that the success of the entire work lies. A work is born - like an extension of the tree's life. I invite you to take a look at my world of trees."
A meeting with the author of the exhibition will take place on September 19, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
