European Heritage Days 2025 will invite the public to free events across Lithuania from 18 to 26 September. This year's theme - "Architectural Heritage: A Window to the Past, a Door to the Future" - encourages us to look at architectural objects not only as witnesses to history, but also as inspirations for the future. This is a great opportunity to hear personal stories hidden behind the thick walls of heritage: about people who created, lived, worked or were simply part of these places. The topic of architectural heritage covers a wide spectrum - from the functions of religious, commercial and industrial buildings to structures with a memory or symbolic meaning.
